About Cambium Networks
Cambium Networks is seeking an experienced, motivated, and versatile Oracle Cloud Applications Support and Developer to contribute to the success of an exciting and fast-moving company. This role pushes the boundaries of innovation by supporting critical enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud HCM, Product Data Hub (PDH), and Netsuite-based ERP platforms.
Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to support and develop Oracle Cloud-based applications, collaborating with various teams including Human Resources, NPI, Operations, and Finance to support HR, procurement, inventory, fulfillment, and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a self-starter and work cross-functionally across departments.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert for system implementations, integrations, support, maintenance, and process consultation.
- Understand business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Utilize software development lifecycle methodologies (Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support
- Present creative concepts and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance the Oracle Cloud platform experience.
- Conduct gap analysis between package functionality and business needs.
- Develop, test, implement, and deploy solutions in alignment with best practices.
- Monitor support ticket queues and respond promptly to problem/change requests.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience Required
Oracle Cloud Development
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle Cloud development experience, including:
- At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations in HCM and/or Product Data H
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL and SQL development
- Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Cloud BI (integrated with Fusion ERP).
- Working knowledge of Oracle OTBI (Techno-functional)
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Version12.
- Understanding of integration mechanisms (inbound/outbound) with Cloud/Fusion ERP.
- Knowledge of financial business processes in Oracle Cloud
Other Technical Skills
- Oracle BPM for Cloud/Fusion ERP (Workflow and Approval Configuration).
- Security architecture (roles, privileges, security console, hierarchy)
- Oracle HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader.
- Java development, Apache CXF, SOAP, Oracle JDeveloper, and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture.)
- Knowledge of core Supply Chain and HCM business processes in Oracle Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written).
