- 6+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
- Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL development and unit testing
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud table structures
- Hands-on experience in building BIP Reports, HCM Extracts, and HDL
- Basic functional understanding of Core HCM modules: Core HR, Benefits, and ORC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with OIC and ATOM Feeds
