- Expert-level: o OIC development and deployment using various connectors and adapters. o Data mapping and transformation techniques using tools like ODI. o Cloud-based deployment and DevOps practices for OIC. o Scripting languages like Shell or Python.
- Strong understanding of: o REST/SOAP web services development and protocols. o Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. o Software design principles and architecture concepts. o Version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Build the Bridges of Data: o Mastermind the integrations, coding reusable and maintainable components with REST/SOAP services and diverse OIC connectors. o Implement complex data transformations and mappings using tools like ODI. o Rigorously test and optimize integrations, eliminating bugs and ensuring flawless data exchange.
- Champion Knowledge and Collaboration: o Mentor junior developers, cultivating a collaborative environment and sharing your OIC expertise. o Review and guide code for accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability. o Contribute to knowledge base development and training initiatives, fostering continuous learning.
- Bridge the Communication Gap: o Collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. o Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions, simplifying complexity for diverse audiences. o Conduct product demonstrations and workshops, showcasing OIC's capabilities and driving buy-in.
- Stay Ahead of the Technology Curve: o Actively monitor and adapt to the latest OIC advancements and best practices. o Research and propose innovative solutions, leveraging OIC's full potential. o Contribute to thought leadership within the team and across the organization.
- Troubleshoot Like a Champion: o Proactively identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. o Analyze system logs and data patterns to diagnose and solve complex problems. o Implement preventative measures to avoid future issues and maintain system stability.
- Optimize and Automate: o Develop and implement reusable scripts and automation routines to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. o Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize integrations for best results.
- Manage with Expertise: o Effectively manage project tasks and resources, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. o Prioritize workload, delegate tasks effectively, and provide clear guidance to junior developers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, unraveling complex integration challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, building trust and relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for learning and continuous improvement, embracing new technologies and trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, efficiently handling multiple projects and tasks.
- Experience with other Oracle Middleware technologies.
- Experience with API design and management principles.
