Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain PL/SQL Code:Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to meet business requirements.
• Database Design and Management:Create and manage database objects such as tables, indexes, synonyms, views, and sequences.
• Data Manipulation:Perform SQL operations including INSERT, DELETE, DROP, and TRUNCATE, and handle data manipulation and query optimization.
• Joins and SQL Operators:Utilize various types of joins (INNER, LEFT, RIGHT, FULL) and SQL operators effectively in queries.
• Constraints and Keys:Implement and manage primary keys, unique keys, and foreign keys to ensure data integrity.
• Predefined Functions and Analytical Functions:Use built-in Oracle functions and analytical functions for data processing and reporting.
• Conditional Logic:Employ conditional statements, CASE expressions, and DECODE functions for complex logic and decision-making within SQL and PL/SQL code.
• Collections:Work with PL/SQL collections (such as tables, arrays, and records) for efficient data handling.
• Performance Tuning:Analyze and tune SQL and PL/SQL code to optimize performance.
• Documentation and Testing:Document code and processes, conduct unit testing, and support the integration of new code into existing systems.
• Collaboration:Work closely with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with different types of joins and SQL operators.
• Experience with primary key, unique key, and foreign key constraints.
• Proficiency in using predefined functions and analytical functions.
• Ability to write and manage DDL statements for tables, indexes, synonyms, views, and sequences.
• Basic understanding of conditional statements, CASE, and DECODE.
• Experience with PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions.
• Knowledge of collections and their usage in PL/SQL.
• Analytical Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code.
• Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle database versions 12c, 18c, or later.
• Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of other programming languages or database systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹427,743.18 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
