Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead (9-12 years) who can drive technical solutions, lead development teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable applications. The candidate must have strong hands-on development expertise along with leadership and architectural decision-making capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Provide technical mentorship, guide team members, and review code.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Work with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
• Resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance.
• Ensure best practices, clean architecture, and coding standards.
  
  

• 9-12 years of strong hands-on experience in Java (Java 8+).
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong experience in Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and system architecture.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes (good to have).
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in leading teams, managing deliverables, and driving technical direction.
