P&C Tech - Lead QA Engineer | VP

We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and agile People and Culture technology team. We are comprised of Full Stack Engineers with deep expertise, as well as broad understanding of related disciplines in engineering.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead end-to-end quality assurance strategies, ensuring system reliability, test automation excellence, and continuous improvement of business-critical software solutions. You will create and drive automation frameworks, manage testing processes, and oversee deployments in a DevOps environment. With a strong focus on client requirements, you will deliver exceptional quality in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

What You Offer

• Over 7 years of experience in end-to-end QA/testing lifecycle, including automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber) and cross-browser testing for modern web applications
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills, fostering collaboration and high performance in agile environments
• Expertise in API testing, database testing (RDS databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL), and security testing principles, ensuring secure and seamless integrations
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and AWS-specific testing tools to streamline development lifecycles
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to manage technical delivery, mitigate risks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
