We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to assess and ensure the scalability, responsiveness, and stability of our applications under varying load conditions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools, scripting, and analysing system performance data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and scripts.
• Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Analyse test results and identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve application performance.
• Prepare and present detailed performance test reports and dashboards.
• Automate performance test scenarios where applicable.
• Monitor systems during tests and track metrics such as CPU, memory, and response Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance testing (12+ overall experience).
• Proficient in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Understanding of HTTP/S, web services (REST/SOAP), and application architecture.
• Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integrating performance tests in pipelines is a plus.
