Key Accountabilities of the role
Responsibilities
Test Automation experience – CI/CD frameworks
Nice to have : solid knowledge in more than one programming languages.
Desirable experience in MS Dynamics, Field Service, FSM and Azure, Scriptless Automation

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data for various software products and features.
- Perform manual and automated testing using various tools and frameworks
- Identify, analyze, and report software defects and issues - dashboards
- Support a team of software quality engineers
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to cross functional teams developers and product managers
- Promote quality standards and best practices throughout the SDLC
- Quality Advocate
- Review and improve quality processes and methodologies
- Communicate test results and status to stakeholders
- Translate principles from the Quality Engineering Manager and implement them into their area
- Seek feedback from the teams and act on it
- Lead show and tells /demos
- Foster a learning culture
- 5-6+ years of experience in software quality engineering or testing
- 2+ years of experience in leading or managing a team of software quality engineers or testers
- Experience in PAAS and SAAS
- Experience with various testing tools and frameworks such as TDD, Easyrepro, c#, DB, Selenium, Cypress, etc.
- Experience with various testing types such as functional, performance, accessibility, visual, etc.
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Dev ops, Lean canvass, Kanban, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Experience writing tests in JavaScript
- Experience writing and running API Testing
- Experience of using Continuous Integration tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Experience in Mobile Testing and Automation – Appium,
- Experience in Mobile Apps Development (Android/iOS)
- Experience of AWS
