Overview
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support for FinTech platforms and CRM systems.
· Handle issue tracking, bug reporting, and resolution coordination.
· Troubleshoot database, PHP scripts, CRM modules, and integration issues.
· Respond to user queries and provide training/support as needed.
· Monitor system performance and generate reports from CRM/DB as required.
· Coordinate with developers to implement fixes and enhancements.
· Document resolutions and maintain support logs.
Required Skills:
· Basic MySQL – writing SELECT, UPDATE, and basic JOIN queries.
· Core PHP – understanding of PHP functions and error handling.
· CRM Knowledge.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
