Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated PHP Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience, particularly in Laravel and MySQL, to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications, working closely with designers, project managers, and other developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP (Laravel framework).
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to convert wireframes and mockups into functional applications.
• Integrate and manage data flow between front-end and back-end systems and databases.
• Optimize application performance and conduct debugging and troubleshooting.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in PHP and web development.
• Participate in planning sessions to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership when needed.
• Assist in application deployment and provide post-deployment support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in PHP development.
• Expertise in PHP, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Solid experience with Laravel (experience with Symfony is a plus).
• Proficient in MySQL and relational database design.
• Familiar with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience using version control systems like Git.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration practices.
• Comfortable working in Linux-based environments and using command-line tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-working skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mentoring or leading junior developers.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
