About the Role:
Pearl Organisation is urgently hiring a skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about backend development and are looking to grow with a stable and reputable organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using PHP.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to integrate user-facing elements.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications and improve performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and modules.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PHP development.

Working Hours:

• Shift 1: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Shift 2: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Offs:

• 1st and 3rd Saturday Off
• 2nd and 4th Saturday: Complimentary Lunch Provided
