We’re looking for an experienced PHP Full Stack Developer to join our passionate team and help drive technical excellence across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and modern frameworks.
• Work across the full stack—from front-end to back-end—ensuring seamless integration of components.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Participate in team meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and client presentations.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports, status updates, and development documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to meet project requirements.
• Ensure high-quality code that is secure, efficient, and follows best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly and effectively.

Technical Requirements

• Languages & Frameworks:
• Strong expertise in PHP (Core PHP, Laravel, or similar frameworks)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with React.js or Angular.js (preferred)
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs & Web Services
• Version Control: Git, GitHub/Bitbucket
• Server & Hosting: Apache/Nginx, Linux-based deployment
• Other Skills: AJAX, JSON, MVC architecture, API integration, Unit testing

Soft Skills & Leadership Qualities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Experience in client interactions, meetings, and project reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to change

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Hands-on experience in the complete project lifecycle (Agile/Scrum methodology preferred)
• Prior experience working in a product-based company or fast-paced agency environment
