About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Tester with hands-on experience in Playwright with TypeScript to join our Quality Engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing end-to-end automated test scripts for web applications, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables in a CI/CD environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about quality, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and execution of automated test scripts using Playwright to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality software releases.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Microsoft Playwright with TypeScript.
• Expertise in using Playwright for end-to-end testing, including setting up and configuring Playwright
• Advanced Playwright Features: Knowledge of handling assertions, API mocking, authentication handling, mobile testing, and integrating Playwright with CI/CD
• Build and execute robust automated test scripts for functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Monitor and improve automation test coverage and maintain test data and environments.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups within Agile/Scrum teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA with at least 2+ years using Playwright.
• Strong experience in test automation frameworks.
• Experience working with version control tools (Git) and test management tools (JIRA).
