🔑 Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Playwright Technical Lead to spearhead our test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CI/CD integration, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-quality delivery across projects.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using the Playwright framework, APIs, and advanced capabilities.
- Ensure seamless integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous quality validation.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the QA automation team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver automation solutions aligned with business goals.
🎯 Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid understanding of Promises, classes, and inheritance.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Node.js, and Git.
- Practical knowledge of at least one CI/CD tool (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver automation solutions at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
