Job Description
SKILLSET
- PLC/DCS programming knowledge on Rockwell/Siemens/ABB platform.
- HMI/SCADA development knowledge on Rockwell/Siemens/ABB platform.
- Sufficient Commissioning exposure to Automation systems.
- Troubleshooting & Network establishment skills.
- Knowledge on communication protocols like Modbus /OPC/Ethernet IP/Profinet/Profibus/IEC 61850 etc., for interfacing with various systems.
DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE
- Design and Development of PLC and HMI Software for heavy industrial equipment in ports, power & steel plants, mines etc.,
- Design and Development of PLC and HMI Software of Utility & BOP for process plants, material handling projects.
- FAT at vendors premises
- Pre-Commissioning and Networking activities at site.
- Commissioning of PLC system at site.
- Coordination with Third party systems suppliers for smooth integration of sub-systems into the main automation project.
Troubleshooting during Operation & Maintenance and support to customers as part of after sales service.
