The Impact You'll Make
As a PLM Business Analyst , you will play a key role in strengthening how products are designed, developed, and delivered across Danfoss Drives globally. Your work will directly enable faster innovation, better product quality, and more efficient collaboration across engineering and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible to the following
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into clear PLM solutions that improve product lifecycle efficiency
- Partner with IT teams to implement and validate PLM enhancements that meet quality, usability, and compliance expectations
- Lead deployments, training, and user adoption to ensure teams confidently use PLM tools and processes across global sites
- Drive continuous improvements and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across engineering operations
- Develop reports and insights using SQL, Power BI, and PLM analytics tools to enable better, data-driven decisions
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with
- Atleast 5 to 8 years of experience working with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter) including BOM, change, and release management
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting tools for data analysis and visualization
- Proven ability to work across functions such as engineering, manufacturing, procurement, or logisticsClear communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, cross-cultural environment
- A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
