Job Title – Power App Lead
Job Type _ Contract
Job Location – Bangalore, HSR Layout
Job Mode – Hybrid Model (2 days WFH, 3days WFO)

As a Team lead, your role typically involves programming and leading a set of team members. You would be responsible for the commitments of your team in terms of time, effort and quality of work. You would also be responsible for their performance evaluation. You would likely be a part of a larger offshore team and are expected to work collaboratively with your peers onsite and offshore to deliver milestone/sprint-based deliverables. This role predominantly is a technology leadership role and hence it is essential that you exhibit deep technical knowledge and the empathy towards your subordinates.
Typical activities that would be expected are
- Program and deliver as per the scope provided by the delivery leads/onsite managers.
- Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work and deliver as per your estimates/commitments
- Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance and to showcase your work
- Work independently on your assigned work
- Manage a set of team member in understanding their estimates, monitoring their quality of work and ensuring as a team you meet the project deadlines
- Actively guide the team members and up skill them
- Assign KRAs, monitor and evaluate team members job performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Power Platform solutions.
- Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint for data storage and retrieval.
- Proficiency in custom connectors, API integrations, and security models (OAuth, AD Authentication, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of governance, licensing, and security best practices.
- knowledge of Azure services, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 integrations.
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
