Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and implementation of using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) projects from inception to completion.
2. Design and architect innovative solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to address business requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) solutions with overall technical and business strategies.
4. Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior team members in the use of Power Apps (canvas and model-driven).
5. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) projects to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) technology to enhance technical capabilities continuously

Requirements
1. Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate for workflow automation, and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
2. Build reusable components, custom controls, and Power Fx logic to enhance application functionality and maintainability
3. Develop and deploy chatbots using Power Virtual Agents.
4. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
5. Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse for data storage, security, and relational data modelling.
6. Advanced proficiency in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse.
7. Experience with integration technologies (e.g., REST APIs, OData, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
Specific Skills and/or Business Competencies:
Leads requirement gathering meetings with business users. Assists business users with deciding on system configuration and setup of new and existing modules and technical expertise on Power Platform.
Team Building and People Management
Minimum work experience required in addition to education - 12 to 14 years
