Job Introduction:

Highly skilled and experienced Cloud and Web Development Specialist with a strong technical background in Microsoft Azure, web technologies, and team leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure web applications, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical stories and cloud-based solutions.

Major Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

• Azure Cloud Solutions:

• Architect, implement, and maintain solutions using Azure services such as App Service, EntraID, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL, and other PaaS offerings.

• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

• Full Stack Development:

• Oversee backend development using NestJS and Node.js, ensuring modular, testable, and maintainable code.

• Guide frontend development using React, emphasizing performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

• Database Design & Management:

• Design, optimize, and manage MSSQL databases, ensuring high availability, integrity, and security.

• DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and maintain DevOps best practices; Develop and monitor CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery using Azure DevOps.

• Agile Practices: Create and manage technical stories, ensure sprint goals are met, and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Knowledge and Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or related field.

Work Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud-based web development, including Azure.

• Strong hands-on experience in NestJS, React, and MSSQL.

• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex technical projects.

• Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.

• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, containerization, and PaaS.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Skills and Competencies:

• Microsoft Azure (App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Application Insights)

• Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, release management) or Github Actions

• NestJS (Node.js framework)

• Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) – database design, optimization, stored procedures
