Data and Digital Enablement team at Haleon Business Services (HBS) is responsible to transform HBS's vast data assets into strategic advantages. Our team drives data led decision making, risk mitigation, innovation and value within HBS. We leverage advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and decision science methodologies.

As a Power BI Analyst, you will work closely with multi-functional stakeholders to understand their requirements. You will then build cutting edge digital solutions in collaboration with our Digital and Technology team. You will also enable digital and data literacy across the functions and services managed within HBS.

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Train end-users on how to use Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure automated data pipelines with high accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all digital enablement solutions.
• Additionally, experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is highly preferred, enabling you to:
  
  
  

Build custom Power Apps to streamline business processes, enhancing productivity. Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate, increasing efficiency. Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards with Power Apps and Power Automate to provide end-users with a seamless experience.

• At least 6 years of experience creating Power BI solutions across multiple functional areas.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Self-starter, resilient, flexible, adaptable.
• Empathy and active listening.
• Cross functional global stakeholder management.
• Ability to simplify information and represent it visually for a broad audience.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and SQL language.
• Experience in data modelling, data warehousing, and data visualization.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computing, statistics, mathematics or science.
