Overview
- Overall, 10-15 years of experience in the IT industry working with various Digital transformation programs related to implementation and support of Omnichannel Customer experience for different retailers across the globe.
- The candidate must have experience on Modern POS Platform projects like PredictSpring Platform.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support for modern POS platforms like PredictSpring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and service requests related to PredictSpring POS application, ensuring timely resolution and no-to-minimal business disruption.
- Handle advanced issue resolution for PredictSpring’s POS platform, including application stability issues, API failures, sync issues, and payment disruptions.
- Work with RESTful APIs, SPIs, and integration points with systems (Adyen, Oracle Retail, Verifone, Taxware etc.) to diagnose root causes.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and implement permanent solutions.
- Regular system performance monitoring and tuning to ensure the performance and availability of POS applications.
- Assist in the deployment of applications, and configuration changes.
- Participate in 24/7 shift duration on rotation.
