Role details:
- Title / Designation: Principal Architect - Java Full Stack
- Location: Hyderabad/Chennai (open to Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, NCR)
- Experience: 14 to 20 years
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise architecture and design scalable, secure full-stack solutions using Java and modern frameworks.
- Drive modernization from legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.
- Architect AWS-based solutions ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Design event-driven systems and data integration using Kafka.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and cloud migration strategies.
- Mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s preferred.
- 14–20 years of experience in software architecture and engineering.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native development.
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerization and orchestration.
- Skilled in Kafka for event-driven architecture and data streaming.
- Experienced in application modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams and delivering complex projects.
- Preferred: AWS certification and familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
