Minimum Qualifications
Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of CATT (Consolidated Audit Trail Tracking) regulatory reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry and a proven track record in business analysis, particularly in trade and transaction reporting systems.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements for CATT reporting.
- Collaborate with compliance, operations, technology, and data teams to define functional specifications.
- Translate regulatory rules into business and system requirements.
- Assist in the design and development of solutions that ensure timely and accurate CATT reporting.
- Conduct data analysis and mapping to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in testing activities, including test case creation, UAT support, and defect triaging.
- Monitor ongoing regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing reporting processes.
- Support project management and delivery by providing status updates, risk assessments, and issue tracking.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Strong knowledge of CATT and U.S. regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., SEC, FINRA).
- Experience with trade lifecycle management and front-to-back trade flows.
- Proficient in writing business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Strong analytical and data skills; experience with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Experience in Agile project environments and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
