Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills, an analytical mindset, and a solution-oriented approach. They should feel confident when speaking and leading conversations with stakeholders and while asking questions. Experience in the Asset Management or Legal Compliance domain is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and data sources to design and develop data solutions partnering with business and technology teams.
- Develop and present comprehensive business solutions to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business processes and systems.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong soft skills, including effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
- Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Confidence in leading conversations and asking questions to gather necessary information.
- Proven experience in the Asset Management or Legal Compliance domain.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
