Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end projects, from gathering requirements to deploying machine learning models
- Optimizing algorithms for better performance, ensuring model reliability through MLOps practices, and maintaining data privacy standards
- Leading the development and optimization of machine learning models
- Conducting thorough data analysis to extract actionable insights
- Collaborating with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Ensuring adherence to ethical standards and data privacy regulations
- Experience with writing robust code in Python/R/Java
- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms - Linear, boosting, clustering, probabilistic graphical models, etc.
- 5+ years of experience of working on large datasets and synthetic data
- Understanding of time series algorithms/techniques
- Team handling experience
- Hands-on experience with libraries like scikit, spacy, nltk, matplotlib, etc.
- Strong problem solving skill
- Mandatory Education: BE Computers / MCS / Phd
- Good understanding of big-data eco-systems and Apache Spark
- Understanding of deep learning fundamentals
- Have a larger impact of your work on any projects you are working on
- Work on Latest technologies
- Work directly with founders
