Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Principal Engineer to lead the architecture and development of large-scale AI/LLM platforms. This role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, scalable backend engineering, and production-grade AI infrastructure. You will drive platform-level initiatives, own architectural decisions, and deliver highly reliable, high-performance systems that power enterprise AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in scalable backend and distributed systems architecture
- Deep experience building production AI/ML or LLM platforms
- Strong knowledge of vector search, RAG, embeddings, and semantic retrieval
- Proven experience designing large-scale, reliable systems
- Strong Python backend expertise (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
- Experience with cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong system design, debugging, and performance optimization skills
- Experience designing enterprise AI platforms or AI infrastructure
- Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Transformers, etc.)
- Eperience with vLLM, Triton, GPU inference, or model serving systems
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Langfuse, OpenTelemetry)
- Strong understanding of event-driven and microservice architectures
- Experience building large-scale embedding or search platforms
- Experience influencing technical strategy or leading platform initiatives
- Technical leadership and architectural ownership
- Ability to design and deliver complex, large-scale systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
