Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor procurement process performance.
- Track key metrics such as cycle time, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support capability owners with data to inform process redesign and automation.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of procurement data.
- Collaborate with MDM and IT teams to uphold data standards and resolve issues.
- Standardize reporting templates and maintain documentation for recurring reports.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Procurement Leadership, Category, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience procurement analytics or business intelligence.
- Advanced understanding of data models for data warehousing/database design.
- Proven track record analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and presenting facts for decision making managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Fabric, Celonis.
- SAP experience is preferred.
