Role Overview:

As a Product and Business Analyst, you will play a key role in defining product strategies, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering actionable insights to improve product development and business performance. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role requiring both analytical expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document product requirements, user stories, and business processes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Analyze product performance, track KPIs, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Create business cases and financial models to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in product and business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like JIRA, SQL, Excel, and BI platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
