Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports to surface actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Define and track key metrics to measure product-led sales and user engagement success.
• Develop a comprehensive data-driven understanding of user acquisition, activation, time-to-value, retention, and revenue.
• Analyze user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving the product experience.
• Design, lead, and evaluate experiments to assess the impact of product and feature changes on key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into product roadmap and strategy inputs.
• Standardize analytical methodologies, frameworks, and reporting practices across teams.
• Evangelize best practices in analytics and experimentation to foster a strong data-driven culture.
• Influence strategic decision-making by presenting clear insights and compelling data narratives to stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Proven experience in building dashboards and reports using modern BI and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with event tracking and data pipelines, including tools such as RudderStack.
• Working knowledge of data analysis using Python, SQL, and Excel for exploratory and advanced analytics.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business and product recommendations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
