About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s passionate about crafting experiences that redefine how millions of Indians manage their money. As a PD-1, you’ll be hands-on from start to finish transforming ideas into intuitive, polished, and delightful user experiences.
You’ll work closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to build interfaces that are clean, consistent, and meaningful. This is the perfect role if you’re hungry to grow — not just as a visual designer, but as someone who deeply understands product thinking and user impact.
What You’ll Do

Turn complex financial problems into simple, trustworthy, and joyful design solutions.

Collaborate with PD-2 and CPO to shape product directions while owning features end-to-end.

Explore and integrate AI tools into design workflows — from rapid UX validation to UI automation.

Build and maintain a scalable design system for visual and functional consistency.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

Have 1–3 years of experience designing consumer-facing products.

Bring a strong visual/UI craft and some experience across the full design lifecycle.

Are proficient in Figma (or similar tools) and can prototype interactions with ease.

Understand UX principles and are eager to learn about product strategy and growth design.

Thrive in cross-functional teams and communicate your design decisions clearly.

Have a growth mindset — you want to know why something works, not just how it looks.
Bonus Points

Experience with consumer or fintech apps.

Contributed to a design system previously.

Love for motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping.

Familiarity with AI-powered tools like Uizard, Galileo AI, or Figma automation plugins.
