Product Owner/Business Analyst

Overview

Position: Product Owner/ Business Analyst (1–2 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our growing team! If you have 1–2 years of experience in a tech or digital environment and a solid grasp of business processes, Agile, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into user stories and functional specifications
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity
• Manage product backlogs, define sprint goals, and support release planning
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support the product lifecycle from concept to release, including UAT coordination and feedback integration
• Ensure timely delivery while managing scope, risks, and expectations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Coordinator role within a tech or digital environment
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Certification such as CSPO, CAPM, or Agile BA is a plus
• Basic understanding of web/mobile applications and QA/UAT processes is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
