Are you a strategic thinker with deep experience in program management of digital products? We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional global initiatives in collaboration with product owners, architects, team leads, and stakeholders.

This is a high-visibility role focused not on delivery alone—but on driving alignment, structure, and successful execution of digital initiatives across global teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive the program end-to-end: requirements, planning, governance, and alignment
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders
• Use Agile methodologies, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Jira to manage and track initiatives
• Ensure quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards
• Document, improve, and scale PLM processes
• Coordinate global transitions and knowledge transfers—experience in this area is a strong plus

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years in program or project management within product-driven environments
• Strong understanding of Java/.NET software applications
• Experience working in or managing transitions across development centers
• Prior exposure to development and supply chain domains is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, and SDLC practices
• Ability to work in a matrix structure with global teams
