Experience: Minimum 8–10 Years in Design and Execution of IT and Security Systems Projects
Reports to: IT Head / Project Director

Role Overview:

The Project Engineer - IT will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and managing IT and Security System projects across the organization. The role will oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, networking, and security systems — including CCTV, access control, and automation — to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery that meets technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of IT infrastructure and security system projects.
• Design IT & security systems covering networking, CCTV, access control, and automation solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders for project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, track timelines, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and maintain project records.
• Support integration of new IT/security solutions with existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during project execution.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and security systems (CCTV, access control, automation).
• Proven track record in managing the design and execution of IT/security system projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Good knowledge of latest IT hardware/software platforms and emerging technologies.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and reports.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
