On the rapid growth, they are expanding their team in Oman to hire a Project Manager – Training and Development
Role details:
- Title / Designation: Project Manager – Training and Development
- Experience: 6+ years
- Location: Muscat, Oman
- Work mode: Onsite
Role & responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver training and learning projects end-to-end from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, trainers, vendors, and SMEs to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
- Track and report project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Manage training logistics, documentation, and effectiveness evaluation for continuous improvement.
Candidate requirements:
- Project Management Skills: Strong coordination and leadership abilities.
- Relevant Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
- Prior experience managing learning or training projects.
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).
- Nationality: Omani preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing training/learning projects.
