Hiring: Project Manager (BFSI / Capital Markets) | 10–16 Years Experience |
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives within the BFSI and capital markets domain. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and hands-on experience in Agile project management.
Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will drive end-to-end delivery of software development and implementation projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle project management for technology projects.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules.

Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.

Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

Track progress using Agile tools such as JIRA, Redmine, and Confluence.

Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards.

Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and executive status reports.

Mentor and support team members to ensure high performance.
Required Skills & Experience

10–14 years of IT project management experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in BFSI or capital markets domain.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proven experience managing cross-functional technology teams.

Proficiency with JIRA, Redmine, Confluence.

Technical background in .NET, Java, or related technologies (preferred).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications

Certifications like PMP, CSM/CSPO, or equivalent.

Experience in cloud migration, DevOps, or cybersecurity projects.

Exposure to regulatory/compliance frameworks in BFSI.
