Project Manager / Scrum Master

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects using Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing timelines, stakeholders, and resources while promoting Agile best practices to foster team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined product backlogs and sprint goals.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Track and report key metrics such as velocity, burn-down/up charts, and project KPIs.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana).
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1 to 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM methodologies (Waterfall, PMI).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
