Project Manager & Scrum Master

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Scrum Master with Project Management skills to lead and manage the development of software projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Master Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Help the team to identify and remove impediments to progress.
• Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions.
• Ensure the development team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that product backlogs are well-defined and prioritized.
• Project Management Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather requirements.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in IT project management and Scrum Master roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
• Advanced certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
