PS Enablement Business Analyst

• Utilize expertise in Salesforce and/or Certinia (FinancialForce) to manage and optimize PS Enablement processes.
• Analyze data and create comprehensive reports using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making.
• Drive conversations with stakeholders to understand their needs and align projects accordingly.
• Partner with various departments and teams to execute projects and tactical tasks efficiently.
• Present findings, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure excellent communication and collaboration with teams based in the North America/Europe/Australia/Singapore/Dubai.
• Exhibit the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Independently handle tasks and projects with minimal assistance, taking full ownership.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of judgment and discretion in decision-making and stakeholder interactions.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4-6 years of total work experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and/or Certinia (FinancialForce).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with senior management and C-level executives.
• Project management certification is highly desirable, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
