Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI-powered backend services using Python (FastAPI / Flask).
• Integrate and fine-tune GenAI APIs like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and others.
• Develop and deploy chatbots, AI workflows, and NLP pipelines.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code across the AI stack.
• Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) for semantic search and embeddings.
• Collaborate across teams (frontend, product, design) to ship AI features efficiently.
• Apply prompt engineering, embedding models, and LLM tuning in real-world use cases.
• Mentor junior interns and support their technical growth (optional).

Required Skill Set

• Strong experience in Python development (3+ years preferred).
• Practical exposure to AI/ML, NLP, or chatbot systems.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, and REST API development.
• Experience working with Git, software lifecycle tools, and Agile teams.
• Working knowledge of any of the following:
• Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, LangChain
• spaCy, NLTK, or LLM orchestration frameworks
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL); bonus if familiar with vector DBs.
• Bonus: Prior experience deploying AI products in production or cloud environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹54,962.44 per month
