The Opportunity:

The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining AI solutions leveraging Python, Azure AI services, and Palantir Foundry. You will work on projects ranging from building predictive models to automating complex workflows, ultimately contributing to data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and other engineers to bring cutting-edge AI solutions to life. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI models using Python and Azure AI services on the Palantir Foundry platform.

• Fine-tune pre-trained models to optimize performance for specific business use cases, resulting in a 15% improvement in prediction accuracy.

• Integrate AI models into existing Foundry workflows to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency, reducing manual effort by 20%.

• Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, delivering two new AI-powered applications per quarter.

• Monitor model performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, maintaining model accuracy above 90%.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all AI models and solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and recommend new technologies and approaches.

Required Skills:

• Python (Proficiency in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn)

• Azure AI Services (Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Bot Service)

• Palantir Foundry (Experience in data integration, transformation, and model deployment within the Foundry platform)

• Machine Learning (Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, and clustering)

• Deep Learning (Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch)

• Fine-tuning (Expertise in fine-tuning pre-trained models for specific tasks and datasets)

• Data Visualization (Proficiency in creating informative and visually appealing dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI)

• Data Modeling (Experience in designing and implementing data models for AI applications)

• Version Control (Proficiency in Git and GitHub for collaborative code development)

• Communication (Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences)

• Problem-Solving (Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues) Desired Skills:

• Computer or Server hardware architecture knowledge or validation experience.

Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions using Python and Azure AI services. - 1+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry. - Proven ability to fine-tune pre-trained models for specific tasks. - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Azure AI Engineer Associate certification is a plus.
