Python Developer - AI/ML

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions, optimizing algorithms, and integrating models into scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models using Python-based frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Design and implement data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance and efficiency.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and processing efficiency.
• Develop and deploy REST APIs or microservices to integrate AI models into applications.
• Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and model evaluation to improve predictive performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, SciPy.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
• Familiarity with AI model deployment frameworks (TensorFlow Serving, ONNX, MLflow, FastAPI).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
• Understanding of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools for continuous model improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and model deployment.
• Experience with generative AI, transformers, or reinforcement learning is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
