Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in Python programming and proven experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring best practices across development, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver robust
  
  

and scalable solutions.

• Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain Kubernetes YAML configurations for infrastructure automation.
• Write efficient automation scripts using Python and Shell (Bash) to streamline workflows.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins for continuous
  
  

integration and deployment.

• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance using
  
  

Splunk and Grafana.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Work in an agile environment with active participation in sprint planning, reviews, and Skills & Experience :
• 8+ years of proven experience in Python development (preferably in retail or e-commerce).
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Strong experience in automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code.
• Expertise in building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Grafana).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
  
  

across global teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  
  

Good To Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to retail/e-commerce industry-specific use cases.
