Python Developer
About the RoleWe are seeking a Python Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our technology team. This role will focus on building and customizing ERP systems, automating data processes, and developing BI dashboards and analytical reports that empower data-driven decisions. Candidates with an interest in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning will have opportunities to collaborate on integrating AI solutions into our ERP and reporting workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules using Python.
- Build custom reports, data pipelines, and automation scripts to streamline business operations.
- Design and develop BI dashboards for performance monitoring and analytics.
- Integrate ERP data with external APIs, third-party services, and visualization tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize backend performance, data queries, and report generation speed.
- Collaborate with AI/ML team members to embed predictive analytics and intelligent automation into ERP modules.
- Ensure code quality through proper documentation, testing, and version control.
- 1–2 years of experience in Python application development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience building custom reports and data automation scripts.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Basic knowledge of data preprocessing and AI/ML concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
