Build and scale backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
Design systems with clean architecture and a focus on separation of concerns
Write modular, testable, and Pythonic code
Optimize for performance, concurrency, and robustness
Integrate with databases, external APIs, and message queues
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
Review code, mentor peers, and champion coding standards What You Must Bring
27 years of experience in backend development using Python
Deep understanding of Python internals, including the Global Interpreter Lock (GIL)
Strong grasp of the Zen of Python and its practical applications
Proficient with pythonic constructs: list comprehensions, generators, decorators, context managers, etc.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and async programming
Familiarity with Docker, Git workflows, CI/CD
Experience deploying scalable services on AWS, GCP, or Azure Nice to Have
Experience with AgriTech or data-driven platforms
Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
