8848 Digital LLP provides clients with high quality ERPNext implementations, application customizations, management consulting and a variety of technical infrastructure services. 8848 Digital provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to mid-market companies around the world including custom solutions on web and mobile.

We are looking for an experienced Python developer to join our team and help us create dynamic software applications for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and testing scalable code, developing back-end components, and integrating user-facing elements in collaboration with front-end developers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Collaborating with coworkers to conceptualize, develop, and release software.
• Conducting quality assurance to ensure that the software meets prescribed guidelines.
• Rolling out fixes and upgrades to software, as needed.
• Securing software to prevent security breaches and other vulnerabilities.
• Collecting and reviewing customers' feedback to enhance user experience.
• Suggesting alterations to workflow in order to improve efficiency and success.
• Pitching ideas for projects based on gaps in the market and technological advancements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Python developer.
• Expert knowledge of Python and related frameworks including Django and Flask.
• A deep understanding and multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of Python.
