Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about writing clean, efficient, and scalable code, with a strong foundation in Python and its frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python.
● Work with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
● Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
● Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product managers.
● Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
● Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
● Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
● Troubleshoot and debug applications.
● Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
● Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
● Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in Python development.

Required Skills:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in Python development.
● Strong experience with at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
● Solid understanding of OOPs, design patterns, and data structures.
● Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Web Services.
● Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases. Familiarity with Git, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD tools.
● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team.
● Good communication and collaboration skills.
