Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Python Developer to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with our technical lead and other developers to build scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about clean code, reusable logic, deployment practices, and translating real-world problems into well-structured backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI

· Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework (DRF) or similar

· Architect and optimize relational databases using MySQL or PostgreSQL

· Integrate Redis for caching and Celery for asynchronous/background task handling

· Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance tuning

· Write and maintain detailed API documentation and implementation notes

· Collaborate with the team to build according to task plans and deadlines defined by the team leader

· Use Git for version control and Docker for containerization of applications

· Participate in deployment processes and DevOps routines on staging and production environments

· Debug issues and provide timely fixes across development and staging

Skills & Experience Required

· Solid programming skills in Python (with Django, Flask, or FastAPI)

· Proficiency in REST API design and implementation with DRF

· Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL

· Good understanding of Redis and Celery for caching and background tasks

· Version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)

· Basic knowledge of Docker (writing Dockerfiles, using Docker Compose)

· Exposure to deployment practices (e.g., deploying on EC2, Heroku, or any VPS)

· Ability to write clear and structured technical documentation

· Logical thinking and the ability to solve real-world problems using clean and reusable code

Good to Have

· Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines

· Knowledge of WebSockets, GraphQL, or gRPC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
