Job Summary: Clogic Softtech is hiring an experienced Python Developer for a short-term training contract. The selected candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring students in Python programming through structured classroom sessions, hands-on coding, and project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver daily in-person Python training sessions (Core Python, basic libraries). Prepare lesson plans, coding tasks, and project modules.

Mentor and guide students throughout the program duration.

Address individual student doubts and provide feedback.

Ensure skill development and performance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is highly preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to handle classroom sessions confidently.

Must be available to work full-time onsite for 45 days in Bhubaneswar or Cuttack.

Contract Duration: 45 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred) Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and skills.
