About the Role

CodeTez Technologies is seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in AI, OCR, and machine learning. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, experience in optical character recognition (OCR), and knowledge of AI/ML algorithms. This role involves working on document processing, automation, and data extraction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python applications with a focus on AI and OCR-based solutions.
• Implement machine learning models for data extraction and analysis.
• Build and optimize OCR pipelines for processing images, PDFs, and other documents.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Develop RESTful APIs to integrate AI and OCR functionalities into larger applications.
• Improve existing OCR solutions for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
• Stay updated with AI, machine learning, and OCR advancements.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI/OCR systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of OCR technologies (Tesseract, OpenCV, pytesseract).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of image processing and computer vision techniques.
• Hands-on experience with data extraction & document automation technologies.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and software development best practices.
• Knowledge of building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deep learning models (CNNs for image processing).
• Familiarity with AI-driven document classification & extraction.
• Experience in deploying AI models (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) & text recognition.
• Experience integrating AI/OCR solutions into enterprise-level applications.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
