Python/Django Developer (Healthcare Domain Only)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance web applications and scalable backend services while working in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework (DRF).

Build RESTful APIs to support front-end and third-party integrations.

Collaborate with the front-end development team for seamless integration of user interfaces.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.

Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.

Implement automated testing and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.

Stay updated with the latest trends in backend development and share knowledge with the team.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Python development with expertise in Django and DRF.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong command of Python programming.

Deep understanding of the Django web framework and Django Rest Framework (DRF).

Experience in building RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and ORM (Object Relational Mapper).

Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.

Knowledge of Docker, Celery, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with asynchronous programming and task scheduling tools.

Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and implementing new technologies.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in a product-based industry or the healthcare domain.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, API gateways, or third-party integrations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
